Join the U of I Boise Graduate and Professional Student Association

GPSA members are a vital link between graduate students and university officials and administration. We support and promote graduate student education, campus sustainability, and graduate student life at the University of Idaho. The U of I Boise GPSA Committee consists of graduate and law students in the Boise area from each of the main academic programs. GPSA provides funding so we can support some Boise-based student needs such as travel for conferences and competitions. The committee votes on fund requests and grants a limited amount of the requests per semester depending on resources. We also plan one or two social events per year for the graduate and law students of the Treasure Valley.

Getting Involved

If you would like to be on the committee, members receive a nominal stipend ($100) for their attendance and involvement. We meet once per month and a few more times in the months of March and April in preparation for the Graduate Student Gala in the spring.
