Regalia Ordering

Graduation day is not complete without the traditional cap and gown that signifies an important event. Let’s get you what you need to look your best as you celebrate your exceptional achievement.

Academic regalia, commonly called cap and gown, is required when participating in University of Idaho commencement ceremonies.

Please order your regalia through Jostens prior to the October 28th deadline.

Bachelors and Masters gowns ordered through Jostens will be delivered directly to the graduate.

Ph.D. and Faculty rental gowns will be available for pick-up at the respective location prior to the commencement ceremony. Rentals are due back by Friday, December 15, 2023. 

• Moscow: Alumni Office, Hays Hall, 1212 Blake Ave

Juris Doctorate (Law) rental gowns will be distributed by the College of Law in Moscow and Boise. Rentals are due back no later than a week following the location’s ceremony.

Individual Items / Late Orders are accepted through the Regalia Shop on U of I Marketplace. Orders through the Regalia Shop are subject to the stock available on hand and may be substituted for the next closest size available.
