Advisee Transcripts and Audits
Advisors may access student transcripts as well as degree audits to assist their advisees through their programs.
How to View a Student's Transcript
- Login to VandalWeb using NetID and password
- Select Faculty & Advisors tab
- Select Student Information
- Select Student Profile
- Select Term and enter Student ID or search Student Name to locate correct student
- Select View Profile
- Select Unofficial Transcript
- Select Transcript Level and Transcript Type
The transcript will display classes completed with final grades and classes in progress without grades. The transcript totals do not include in-progress classes. To select another student, click “Advisee Listing” or “Advisee Search” at the top of the Student Profile page, then select “Unofficial Transcript” from their Student Profile.
How to View a Student's Degree Audit
- Login to VandalWeb using NetID and password
- Select Faculty & Advisors tab
- Select Student Information
- Select Degree Audit
- Select semester from drop-down list and click Submit button
- Enter Student or Advisee ID or search by name (search results require the student to be your advisee or enrolled in at least one class you are teaching)
- Confirm selection and click Submit button
If the student is seeking more than one degree, the additional audits may be selected by using the Degree drop-down option at the top of the page. To select another student to view, click the VandalWeb option at the top of the page and click the ID Selection option.
VandalWeb Change My Major for Students
Undergraduate students may change their curriculum degree, major, and/or minor using the Change My Major option found in their VandalWeb account. Advisors can view pending changes that a student has requested by selecting Faculty & Advisor tab --> Student Information --> Pending Major Changes.
