Director, Water Resources Division, within the Department of Natural Resources of the Nez Perce Tribe. Married to Feather, also Vandal Alum!, we share 8 children together, as a blended family. I have a B.S. in Environmental Science, graduating in 2009, with large portion of my Master's program completed. I administer to the Tribe's clean water act (CWA) programs, solid waste/recycling, drinking water/wastewater systems, brownsfield, underground storage tanks, wetlands, and climate change programs.
