Marcie Carter
My name is Marcie D. Carter. I was born and raised in Lewiston, Idaho, and am an enrolled member of the Nez Perce Tribe. I have a BS in Biology from Lewis Clark State College and an MS in Wildlife Resources from the UI. I'm currently working on a PhD in Natural Resources at the UI-CNR. I am also a full time employee with the Nez Perce Tribe-Department of Fisheries Resource Management-Watershed Division as the Watershed Coordinator. I am a mom to two kids: Michael age 16, and Zoe age 11. I enjoy reading non school books, coaching, my daughters basketball team, spending time with my kids and family, and enjoying the outdoors.
