Vandal alumna, Susan Kologi joins the Department of Psychology and Communication Studies as an Instructor Faculty member after being a temporary instructor and TA throughout the past 10 years. Kologi's previous experience in higher education includes teaching for various Idaho college in the area of educational psychology. She has been an Idaho teacher for 8 years teaching middle/high school special education and as an administrator of a secondary therapeutic boarding school for teen boys. Her scholarly interests include curricula creations and planning, active learning strategies, learning how people perceive and approach problems, and making complex topics accessible. Kologi enjoys outdoor activities, playing games with family and friends, and spontaneous road trips.
